Plenty of jobs — virus clean-ups, tune-ups, RAM and SSD installs — are finished while you wait or the same day. Anything waiting on a special-order part takes a little longer, and we'll tell you up front.
You get a price before the work starts, and we don't proceed without your say-so. If a repair turns out not to be worth it, we'll tell you that too — even when it costs us the job.
Usually, yes. We recover data from failing or unbootable drives and can move it onto your new machine or an external drive. Bring the whole computer in rather than just the drive where possible.
We do — buy, sell and trade. Bring your gear in for a look and we'll make a fair offer, or put its value toward something newer from the counter.
